You Can Just Leave iPad Keyboard Case Behind When Not Needed
To me an optional iPad keyboard case is preferable to one that is built out. As you can just leave it behind when not needed, reducing the total weight and bulk.
Admittedly the iPad keyboard case seems to have the best scheme right now. A keyboard attachment which also extends battery life (instead of just putting additional drain as BT does). If only Apple had put a dock connector on the side we might have seen something similar for it.
Or if they just used the standards of these things called iPad 2 keyboard case and usb they could do such a thing. It’s not like anyone’s locking them out from using the iPad keyboard case and usb and doing what the padfone’s doing. They just want to lock people into their own connectors, bringing down functionality. If there’s no usb port or sd card port i would buy one.
