Best iPhone 4s Case-We Put Customers First
I preordered one of these best iPhone 4s case when they were first announced. The best iPhone 4s case arrived about a month later and I was very pleased with it. A week or so later, I got an email from Exolife, saying that some of their customers had been having problems with the front plate on the phone (the part that sits below the iPhone, with the Exolife logo on it) . They warned me that the part was quite sharp. I expected the rest of the email to give me instructions on how to glue the plate back or maybe to return the case. But no.
Instead, Espow told me they were going to replace the best iPhone 4s case with one that didn’t have the problem. In addition, to compensate me for my inconvenience, they were giving me an additional “iPhone 4 bumper,” for free. The email went on to say that, if I wasn’t having a problem with my current best iPhone 4s case, then I could go on using it with their blessing. No need to send it back.
About three weeks later, my new best iPhone 4s case arrived. Now I have two and couldn’t be more delighted with the service of a company that really does seem to put its customers first.
And, before the cynics start screaming “shill,” This is the first iPhone 4 case I’ve ever bought from espow, but it certainly won’t be the last.
